SALT LAKE TEMPLE

The impressive, awe-inspiring, loftiness of the Salt Lake Temple inspired me to create this masterpiece.

The Salt Lake Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is located on Temple Square in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States.

At 253,015 square feet (23,505.9 m2), it is the largest Temple by floor area.

The 210-foot-tall Salt Lake Temple, with its granite edifice, took 40 years to build, from 1853 to 1893.

With walls nine feet thick at the base and six feet thick at the top, this impressive six-spire structure serves as a universal icon of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Dedicated in 1893, it is the sixth temple completed by the church, requiring 40 years to complete, and the fourth temple built since the exodus of church members from Nauvoo, Illinois, in 1846.

This product includes archival quality protective varnish, and a dust cover and hanging hardware if framed.

Originals are painted using high quality artist grade acrylic paint on double sided, tempered, masonite (hard board) which is very durable and, unlike canvas, will never stretch or flex and crack the paint.

Purchases are shipped directly to the buyer.
